My husband brought me this quilt and was super serious.
"I need to tell you something..... Your Grandmother lied to you"

"What are you talking about?"

"This quilt- It was store bought"

"Yes.... It was"

He had been taking such special care of this quilt for YEARS. Hand washing instead of putting it in the wash, making sure it doesn't get stained etc. All because he thought my grandma made the quilt.

It very clearly has a tag on it.

@kent: no, my grandma is a sweet, old lady that thinks toot is a bad word. she would never.
He just assumed. That's what he gets for assuming.

She did sew once upon a time, but this is clearly a printed design on some fabric and it says better home and gardens on it. It's a walmart brand. XD

I have no idea.. I plan on making fun of him for the rest of his life though. So, I got something out of it.
