My favorite villain is Freddy Kreuger. Before the re-make, it was implied that Freddy was set up for his crimes, and when he was found not guilty on a technicality, the townsfolk took matters into their own hands. Also, I haunt dreams too, so I feel for the guy :p Mostly, I nominate Freddy for his overwhelming charisma and creativity. Robert Englund is amazing.
NO WAIT. My favorite villain might actually be Herbert West from the Re-animator series. He's a doctor with a lovecraftian twist... he wants to bring the dead back to life in a decidedly un-zombie-like fashion. He's also a super-genius and he'll never let you forget it. Mostly, I nominate Dr. West for his overwhelming charisma and creativity. Jeffrey Combs is amazing.
