I haven't had a proper sleeping schedule in years
8 hours?? too much??

idk anymore I fall asleep at 12am and then wake up at 4am
I can only sleep in 4 hour intervals, including naps
this is just how life is now

I don't know what a proper sleep schedule is anymore... I just fall asleep when I'm tired and wake up around 6am to get my son ready for school.

That kind of sounds pretty terrible. >.<
I tend to fall asleep around 2 in the morning and hope that I wake up before 10, so it ranges from 6-7 hours of sleep.

i typically fall asleep at around 12? sometime 2 in the morning before having to get up early at 7. so,, i usually get about 5 - 7 hours of sleep.

No matter what time i sleep I always wake up by 6am because of my work hours.
I used to sleep in a lot but my body has gotten used to being up early now.

I have no business being awake at 4am. My biological clock just doesn't let me sleep through it sigh

@Totalanimefan: Hmmm my sleep schedule is pretty consistent but I can't bring myself to call it... proper...

My optimal amount of sleep is 5-6 hours. If I sleep more than 6 hours I actually end up feeling more tired when I wake up
