So for the past 4 years I've been working on myself physically.
I found that I do enjoy exercise and tried different types of workouts.
Starting with running I slowly moved into weights. Then I started working at a fitness center that opened my eyes to the wonders of workout classes. It was definitely motivational to workout with a group of individuals. Recently I've been into cycling as I've moved and my buildings new gym has a a fancy bike that you can join live classes going on in NYC!
Okay, blah blah, after all of that, I find myself 60+ lbs shed after I hit 300lbs my freshman year of college and FREAKED OUT!
I'm starting a new journey, the Keto Diet! Long story short, it's a low-carb diet. I'm super excited for this journey and just finished grocery shopping.
Tonight's dinner is going to be Keto Cauliflower Cheese Casserole!
It's currently in the oven, I shall share my masterpiece when it's done? ^_^
