The hero seems to stand still for a moment while Mothman prepares another dive attack. The creature ascends very rapidly into the sky and then swoops down in preparation for a massive hit!
Hero looks up, braces the stick, and swings with blinding speed just as the creature swoops down and past. There's a moment of silence as Mothman hovers just behind Hero... weakly... before collapsing onto the ground unconscious.
Hero goes to the creature and feeds him a potion just to make sure he's not in too bad of a shape.
