@Lunakiri: Going to weight in. If you ever use low prices hardly anyone will ever pay more. Aka raising your prices is near impossible. People will expect you to stay cheap.

I STARTED at $2 an image for shit art - when my stuff really was horrid.
Can't really get much since.
I also know that sales can be a huge help top boost interest in your work.
As long as you are upfront about it BEING a sale.
