The shuffling is back, once again to your right side but a wall is keeping you apart from whatever it may be.
You can slightly make out what could be some paths ahead.

Since we're being blocked from the source of the noise, forward should be safe.
Hmmm... I think we should go back.
I believe whatever is making this noise knows it's way through this maze, hence why it's managed to be just on the other side of the wall and stopped following us before, when we chose to go right.

I actually wanted to go back before because the shuffling is coming from the right. Going to the right is going towards the danger.
