Mm, Alice is an old Rare Crate Item from last year or so, and Ryou is also rare, though it came from the Summer Orb RIG Items. The current orbs are the Autumn orbs. Ryou is rare because of the Random Item Generator part of the orbs, and the fact that those orbs aren't really available anymore, unless some Volties still have some stockpiled.

Yes, they seem to be around 15k Volts each from what I can see, but I'm not sure...
