You step forward, curious as to who could be stuck in this place with you.
As you approach steps can be heard louder and louder, but in the dark it’s hard to see.
You call out, figuring no harm in finding out at this point.
The steps stop.
You remain silent, when suddenly you hear the steps running off away from you.
They sound more distant by the second, but seem to go on forever until you can’t hear them anymore.
