I am thinking of creating a newbie guide. I do have one question. Where would be the best place to post it? Welcome forum or volta discussion? It would also be great if it became a pinned topic for easy acces.

But are newbies even going to check this forum? The first forum most go to is the welcome forum. I have a feeling newbies won't even see it here. And if it's not sticky they certainly not.
