Casey flipped the card over before chuckling.

"I'm obviously not the brightest. Pretty sure it's pretty easy to figure out it'd be there." She commented, refering to the back of the card.

"But all right then." She said with a nod.

"I'll make my way there probably on Saturday." She then said with a smile.

"Any limitations or specifications for what to bring?" She then asked after a few seconds.

"I work in a few different mediums, so I have to ask."

It was at that point, a device went off on his person, and he checked it.

"It seems I must go." he said.

"Urgent business." he told her.

"Was lovely meeting you." he finished, extending his hand.

Casey got to her feet so that he wasn't reaching down so far and smiled as she accepted it.

"Pleasure meeting you too. And thank you." She added with a smile. After he was gone, she just grinned before packing up her paints and such before heading home again.

When she got home, she immediately heard people talking. One sounded like Ash, and the other sounded like Lindsay.

Seemed Ash's brother was here for a visit.

The talking then died out, and she saw Ash making his way to the kitchen, before pausing when he saw her.

"Oh! Casey." he greeted her.

"Welcome back." he said.

"I'd expected you to be gone for much longer, seeing as you tend to draw out your little outings."

"I do like to, yes." She said.

"But I also had to make it back in time to get you to come with me so I can open a bank account. As far as I know, I need a guardian signature for it or something." She said with a sigh before pausing.

"Unless you already opened one for me in the past and I didn't know it. Always possible."

"he bought a painting while it was still wet."

"You're not usually home, so I'm not surprised you don't know." She stated with a snicker.

"Back in a second." She then said before walking off to her room. She returned a few seconds later with a small ish box.

"Take a look." She then said.

"All right..." he said, opening it to reveal paintings that she had done.

"You did all these?" he asked her, looking at them one by one.

"With the money that you leave me every week, I've been spending about half of it on paint and art supplies for years." She then said

"...these paintings your work?" he asked, eyeing them.

"And yeah, they are my work." She said.

"Someone just bought a five by seven of the bandshell in teh park for almost a grand." She added after a second or two.

"Before the paint was even dry. Like wut?"

"Ah, an art collector, and sounds like an avid one." Lindsay responded.

"If I were to wager a guess, they were taken aback by your raw talent and skill, and wanted to have one of your early works, as they may think you'll be a big name in the art scene." he guessed.

"I can see why." he went on.

"The raw emotion in some of these pieces is... amazing." he commented.

"I can almost feel the passion and energy that went into them."

"As a result, well, he wants me to head over there tomorrow to take some of my work for him to showcase." She added with a smile.

"Here's his card." She added, holding it out for him to look over if he so desired.

Lindsay accepted the card, and looked it over... and then whistled.

"I know this name." he said.

"Hm?" Ash asked.

"He's very good at spotting talent, and knowing who can make a name for themselves." Lindsay responded.

"If he wants to showcase your work, then he must think you're destined for great things." he told Casey further.

"Hm." Ash mumbled.

"You want to?" he asked Casey.

"I already told him I'd show up tomorrow with some stuff." She told him honestly.

"So of course I do." She added.

'I've been arting for quite awhile, and honestly? If I can make money off of it, then why the hell should I not? Best to make money doing what you love, after all."
