131 - Nope, because it gives you lots of extra volts for the coding used.
132 - If you want to do just a color to your words, it should be fine. As long as it isn't gradient or a lot of code used in your post.

I've never seen a site make that against the rules. I mean, if they have a cap on what you can get per post, it shouldn't matter.
Because that would also mean that that pixel art I kept seeing posted before shouldn't be done unless it's relevant.
