well, for me I usually like working with the traditional meanings of the cards and the actual imagery of it. That's why shadowscape deck is one of my favourite decks i have cause it tells a story. :O

I've been trying to learn but still trying to remember all the card meanings. Memorization was never my forte.

I do find it quite good at helping me sort out what I'm thinking, though I notice it takes time to "synch up" with a new deck. I tend to use the Golden Thread tarot app from Labyrinthos Academy due to ease of use and help with explaining the general meaning of the cards. They also have a neat learning app that quizzes you on card meanings and has you do little practice readings. I think it's very good for a beginner.

that's another way to read the card. Others read what are the images are telling or mix it with numerology to remember and read the deck. There is other readers who literally relays on their intuition when reading cards. I must admit I mix memorisation, intuition and reading the imagery when readding mine.
