@Turtle Sensei: I did not fall. Back is from when I went to physiotherapy. Wrist from my computer and work and I guess my shoulder from work too.

@vengeance: yeah especially if you work at a computer all day it can mess with your shoulder too. Do you have proper support for your back and arm and stuff at work? How is your posture?
@Turtle Sensei: I have and ergonomic desk chair and an ergonomic mousepad. Me being behind the computer is at home. I currently have a cleaning job.

I hate aches and pains. I feel ya with the back pain, mine hurts on a daily basis(scoliosis and degenrative disk disease), so there is a constant dull pain in my back. Somedays it feels like someone is stabbing me with a knife or needles. It sucks big time.

The older I get the more things that hurt.
Thankfully at some point the aches become so normal I can usually get by so long as something NEW doesn't start hurting...
