@Dread Pirate: It's actually pretty simple to start. Simply liking pie is enough. There are many benefits to pie after all. Depending on ingredients it can be eaten at any meal of the day. It can be evenly divided among a group without having to worry about who gets or doesn't get "the end piece". Plus it's just a wholesome food.

@Dread Pirate: I feel bad for those that don't like pie. I think that maybe they just haven't had a good pie. Or perhaps they had a bad experience related to pie. It's ok to not like certain pies. I, for example, don't care for pies made with peaches or pears. I think it may just be a matter of finding a pie that person likes, or re-associating pie with a more happy memory.

@Dread Pirate: Oh, perhaps the crust was just not a good one. I know the crust can make or break a pie. There are also pies which use different kinds of crust. Or is it the texture that you dislike?
