@Turtle Sensei: The entire series is absolutely amazing. That, and the series where Julian Bashir of Star Trek: Deep Space 9 ends up in Auschwitz, are my two favorite fanfictions. I usually read Harry Potter fanfiction almost exclusively, but those two? Holy crap. The writing is phenomenal.

@Turtle Sensei: Honestly, I read more fanfiction than regular books these days. There are some absolutely amazing writers who stick solely to fanfiction. Plus, it's always easy to access fanfiction from anywhere. I write -some- fanfiction, but it's mostly Harry Potter. I am working on a Star Trek: Voyager / Battlestar: Galatica crossover fanfiction, and another one where Sherlock Holmes (BBC) is Harry Potter's biological father.
