I used to take flights by myself about twice a year, so I got used to it pretty quickly. I actually really enjoyed it, tbh, but it does have its boring moments. Especially the flight itself--at least the airport gives me stuff to do and look at! Can't do much on a plane besides nap and listen to music, as I tend to get motion sickness.

@Uncledaddy: airport here is ugly loljk. I basically just had a heavy meal to last me for a good while and window shopped. I have a lot of stuff prepared for the flight tho but I feel like I might just fall asleep >.>

I feel for the people with motion sickness. My bro gets that and we took a 1 hour flight. He was puking like 15 minutes in ; n ;

I've managed not to puke so far; years of getting sick in cars has taught me that the best defense is to just go to sleep lol
IDK which airports you're going through, but I went through Chicago O'Hare a lot and always thought it was pretty nice. Unfortunately, the airport here where I live is not very nice at all. But at least it's not the one I had to spend all that time waiting in.

edit: did you say 16 hour flight because nope

I've been to a lot of nice airports - Incheon and Bangkok are my favorites if they're still as nice XD

Lmao yeah 16 hours. It's crazy tho. Leaving at 4:30pm of January 9 and arriving at Toronto 7:30pm of January 9. Time is weird @.@

:o I've never been out of country. Maybe someday... So far, I think the neatest airport I've been through is the one in Florida when we went to Disney. It's been a while; I don't remember the name of it, but that thing was like a big ol' mall. And that flight was way too long for me

What's the longest flight you've been on then?

I think the longest flight I've been on was from Des Moines to Las Vegas. Don't remember exactly how long that one was, but definitely over 3 hours, which is more than enough for me. I could swear it was more like 5 tbh... cause the flights from there to NC were under 2.5.
