Pretty sure most of us post from work. >_> Just saying.
I have a lot of downtime in my off season and when I do get work in it tends to cluster together so I'll be busy for a day then it'll be quiet all week. Then at 4:45pm on Friday, everyone has an issue suddenly.
@vengeance: Ah, it was by piece? Ours is just timed, and you try to get as much as possible.
Oh yeah I can see not being able to post there. Were they super micromanagy?
@Priestess of Pie: Why is it that people always have issues right before you close? XDD;;
@Kozi: We had a list of the products and how many we needed to make a hour.
@Kozi: Because they never check stuff out until the last minute. XD
@Priestess of Pie: If we did not make enough products we would hear about it the next day. They would ask "What was the reason you didn't come close to the target".

@vengeance: Well I guess that makes sense as long as they were actually interested in the reasons and how to avoid them next time if possible.
@Priestess of Pie: We then had to tell them how we where going to change things so that we would make the target.
When most times the targets set where near impossible to get.
@vengeance: Uh, that's dumb then. They should be helping their employees meet reasonable goals. Encourage them to do better sure, but if the goal is impossible maybe hire more people. >_>

@Priestess of Pie: The factory I worked at was somewhere else first. And over there they had a differnt way of working. The targets where also based on that. We had to do extra stuff next to it. We talked many times about how they needed to redo their targets.
