- I was having a panic attack and then the next thing I knew my mum was asking me why I was on the floor :( I hit my head on a plastic tub :/ now I feel weird and achy :(
Forums General Chit-Chat I just fainted and hit my head :/
I have fainted before, its very unsettling. I hope you are ok! I'm sure she already is, but, make sure your mum keeps an eye on you...
Oh no. I've fainted before too.
Hope you're alright and didn't take any damage from hitting the plastic tub D:

Wow that's pretty scary. Has that happened before? I might be over reacting but it may be worth checking out with a doctor.
I hate panic attacks. Sometimes mine get so bad that I end up puking. Or blackout and don't realize what I am doing. The after effects suck as well, headaches, tired and overall lack of energy.
I really hope you feel better! Hopefully you didn't crack your head too hard... I suggest snuggling down with your favorite drink, movies and just take it easy if you can.

Millet, spilling the tea:
Mid 2014- Mid 2017 I suffered fainting spells bad.
I hope you're alright- and whatever triggered your panic attack resolved. Drink up, and try to replenish yourself and take it easy.

- Thank you for your kind words everyone :) I am feeling a little better now, but still fuzzy :/ I'll see how I feel tomorrow but I may have to postpone my dentist appointment because I am still quite spaced out :/
- @Totalanimefan: No...? I mean, I told the psychiatrist and he didn't seem to think anything of it. I've been fine ever since. It was probably just one of those things. If it happens again I will definitely go.

last time i had fainted it was very weird.
had a dream that i was walking down the stairs and then woke up on the floor and my head hurt.
Though i think mine was a black out more so than fainting.
Hope you feel better soon. Panic attacks are no fun. I help my sister through hers when she has them.

@sunny: to say the least it was weird.
almost like an out of body somewhat experience cause it did not feel like a dream. :vanora_neutral:

- @MoodyBats: whoa those are spooky :o
@Totalanimefan: I've been ok thanks. I had a toothbrush out yesterday and it is so sore :( I have to go to my therapist in an hour but I would rather go back to bed :/ How are you?
- Ok so I am going to see the doctor after all because I told my therapist and she was like 'that is not normal' and said it wasn't caused by the panic attack so... :/ I have an appointment with the Dr tomorrow.
- @SirLionelNigelConrad: Everyone on Voltra gets free tacos!
Update : the Dr has no clue what it was but suspects low blood pressure linked to my diet. I need to eat more basically. I was celebrating being 48kg but apparently I need to push myself even more.
