Designing and prepping layout spreads can take some time, I think it took me a couple days of working to finish up my February spread but that's mostly because I can't draw things and I tried to draw things for this one.

I don't trust myself to do a full thing daily, but I may make a month spread and fill in trackers for each month..
Like a month of moods. I could color a little square daily....
I could track how much I run each month... idk. XD

@Mousy: I have a monthly spread, which is a page for the calendar of the month and a section for important dates and a monthly to-do list.
Then I just have a few pages of weekly spreads.
This month is the first month I have tried a mood tracker, it's going okay. Not 100% sure how I feel about it, but I suppose being able to see daily moods at a glance might help the depression.
Oh, a step/distance tracker could be good if that's the kind of thing you do.
If I did stuff like that I'd have a page like that.
