yeah i've learned hwen they say 'chance of snow' they mean 'stay inside cause snow is gonna hit the ground hard' @star2000shadow: when they say there will be a snow blizzard, we get a very light layer of snow

We will either be hammered or not see anything, no in between.
@Little Crane: our weather gets codes on how bad it is. They’re yellow, orange and red.
Often, when they say code red, they make it sound like we’re all going to die, but it’s never that terrible.

@Tuijp: huh. we get told there will be 'light snow' be prepared to have heavy snow, a few icnhes, snowed in, no snow.. be prepared for it to get so cold breathing hruts. but at elast nos now. @star2000shadow: here, it’s more “OMG SNOW COMING! WE’RE ALL GOING TO DIE!”.
And, if you think I’m kidding, I wish I was. A few weeks ago, there was a chance on some snow. They announced that the trains were going to have a special schedule because of it. They also said that, if you didn’t have to go out, you shouldn’t.
The day came, the day went. There was no snow.

@star2000shadow: one of them is a British shorthair. They aren’t lap cats. They sit next to you, when they really like you.
Mine does that and his favourite time of day is during dinner. He sits next to me and watches me eat. When he get something, that’s just a bonus.
The other always wants to sit on my lap when I sit, no matter if it’s when I sit on my knees on the ground or when I sit on the toilet.
