good thing that I'm allergic to pollen in general then! (oh gawd the hay fever here in town every year lol) x,D

@TheArtOfTheFart: I didn't do anything with it later on in life, even while my mother's family was all "Oh I have several greenhouses, to grow -these- types of flowers! My kids don't want to take over, so you should do it!"
@Tuijp: That is very sad, we should definitely celebrate men too. They are sweet and good to us women all the time even if we drive them crazy.
@Tuijp: Yeah sounds like every guy I know. Father's day is usually a pretty awkward affair. They are much happier just with everyday surprises, little things like good food and good jokes.
@Tuijp: Haha works on women too honestly. My dad captured my mom's heart by cooking good food for her.
@Saeyra: before WWII, my grandfather was working in the veggie shopbof his parents.
He collected the best and prettiest strawberries and gave them all to the prettiest girl in town: my grandmother.
@Tuijp: Aww thats such a romantic story! Your grandpa was a sweet and smart man. 
@Tuijp: Haha naughty naughty grandpa. I heard in those days it was the "hip" thing to have alot of kids though. My dad had 8 other brothers and sisters. My gramma also had 6 other siblings, not counting the 5 more from her father's extra marital affairs. Babies everywheeere

My grandmother had a few miscarriages, otherwise she would’ve had way more
