My drawings are terrible. mwahahahaha
i facilitated a version of this with geometry vocabulary and sticky notes!
I had a sticky at each spot with the vocab word and the next person at that spot had to draw a picture of it, then we rotated the next person had to write what word the picture represented. This went on about 15 rounds. It was extremely easy for me to see which words they got and which they didn't haha!

I would think that a turn would not be skipped, but left until the participant responds, to allow for sleep. If they do not respond for a full day, then yes, skip. Elsewise, tis possible to skip most to all participants due to school, sleep, work, or some other thing that requires them to be away.
