For me, it would depend as I have a few themed ideas (like, am I a member of the Pokemon League? I 100% wanna be a gym leader, orrr, did I get wrapped up in Team Rocket??)

This is actually a super difficult question. xD I adore all my pokemon and I constantly switch my teams out and level them all up. I also try to have the current team be whatever is strong against the next gym. And have a spread of types throughout the team.
I'd make a million teams. like "here's my cute pokemon team" "Here is my water team" ect. xD

I have two concepts for my ideal team: an all-fairy team, and a bunny team
For the fairy type team: Ribombee, Mimikyu, Gardevoir, Granbull, Sylveon, and Whimsicott (the first four are actually among my top 5 favorite pokemon period lmao)
For a bunny team: Wigglytuff, Azumarill, Lopunny, Diggersby(in this house we love diggersby), Carbink(shhhhhhh it has bunny ears), and then whatever Scorbunny will turn into
