I get this way quite a lot, but never get to fight anyone. Its probably for the best, I bet I'm bad at it.

Too bad I'm too darned nice and loving or I'd throw down. I usually just want to punch people in the throat, but also to hug their pain away.

@TheGreatPretender: I sometimes shout blatant non-offensive facts at folks so they're not sure weather or not to get mad. That way I get to shout without getting assaulted. My favorite is to yell "Suity suit suit" at guys wearing suits.

I can't say that I've ever wanted to start a fight, but screaming in my car is extremely therapeutic when I'm angry.

I only felt like that once and I'm not sure why. I wanted to say mean things to someone, but like in a fake way. Let them know that anything I say isn't true. But still wanting to say hurtful things?

Very strange feeling.

Millet, spilling the tea:

Nope, I'm a chill as a icicle- but I tend to unintentionally speak too bluntly which causes fights and I'm naively like "Hmmm? What?"

I'm a very kind and loving person but yes, i did one time!
I was on the train and 2 (yes, two) people went ahead and sat next to me (there's only room for 2 people) and they squished me all against the wall for the next 30 minutes and i was having such a panic attack and i kept cool, not showing it but i really wanted to just punch them away. D:

Oh all the time.
You gotta find a way to channel that tho or you let it build up and actually get into a fight.

for me i usually get that way when-- ironically enough-- it's something else that's actually bothering me.
stress of any kind, piling up over time, turns me into a ticking time bomb. i have to try and "defuse" it before i go off on people.

I wouldn’t say I want to fight more than I just want to be hit sometimes. I don’t really know why and I don’t know the psychology behind it. I’m usually just overwhelmed with how I feel and automatically want someone to punch me or smth.

When I get really furious with someone, I do one of two things: write them a nasty letter (which I never give them) or make a Sim of them and make it suffer. LOL! It's very cathartic and I don't go to jail for it.

Also, it helps to remember that if you're angry with someone, you're the one suffering, not them. They're probably not even thinking about you. So dwelling on whatever is bothering you is only making you yourself suffer further.
