I became curious because this site seems like a small clone of another site I have been on for probably 10 years now. How is it here?
@SirLionelNigelConrad: tbh I might not stay that long, though curiosity has me so I'll probably just be a few days browsing, plus a lot of items here seem heavily inspired from the other original sites items, there is a lot of other stuff to compare that are close in ways I might do a video about it.
There are a lot of avatar sites around these days.
This one is a lot friendlier than Gaia, with way less spam and flaming.
Okay, it doesn’t go too fast and there aren’t as many people, but this site is just a year old.
Anywho, since this is an introduction thread, I’llmove it over to the right forum.

Yeah there are a lot of avatar sites I have seen and checked out, this one just seems to have a stronger similarity though, which caught my curiosity.
I think it would be interesting to do a bit on it and compare the two.

@Twitchyeyebrows: I joined gaia in ‘03 or so. I’m still there-ish, but I come and go. Shitposting gets old aftet a while.
And, while I like they have so many items there, the inflation is just terrible.
@Tuijp: True, I can't really get myself to leave though, I put so much time into it and all, friendships, art, collecting.

@Twitchyeyebrows: there are forum games (as in word games), but nothing else for now.
And all parts of the site are mobile friendly.
Also, keep in mind you can only post twice in a row on here. The only exception is The Undercurrent. You can post as much as you want there.
If you want to respond to several people, you can ping them all in 1 post.
@Tuijp: Good to know, still exploring around a bit, I'm not good at word games but I can try them. The layout of the site so far is weird to me.
@Twitchyeyebrows: it takes a bit to get used to, after you dealt with Gaia for so long.
I’ve been on other avatar sites and I got used to it that way. See it as a new thing that happen to also have avatars.

@Tuijp: Nothing at the moment, I know your site is fairly small, and after seeing another moderators post. I might share and advertise this site to some of my followers and friends on Instagram who might be interested.
@Twitchyeyebrows: yeah we’re a small site compared to Gaia, but there are 1500 accounts made in a year (and each person can have 3 accounts max).
I’m kinda proud of that.
And yes, get more people in. Every milestone (a number of users or total posts) we get a new free item.
