@bioshock: pretty much all that you've said! I'd also like to add to the list that I don't want to support a company that presents itself as fair competition to other launchers and storefronts by doing nothing but throwing money at everyone. Instead of making a decent storefront that can compete with Steam or GoG, they pay their way through the industry. And then pretend like they're legitimately interested in the player base. I dunno...
