Forums Help & Support unable to capitalize username?
i somehow made my username without capitalizing it and when i try to change it it tells me it's taken. is that because someone else has Starscream or am i able to capitalize it? thank you!
@starscream: The username system is case-insensitive so it's recognizing the request as being already in use since it's your current username. I can update it to the correct capitalization. Just let me know how you'd like it to be formatted. :vanora_smile:
