The first time i feel like i actually "pushed myself" at cardio i was listening to "Lost" by BTS on repeat.
My knees were kinda achy in the first 30 mins on the elliptical but i kept going and eventually that feeling went away or the feeling was numbed?
But it was also after a recent breakup so could've been that. XD
