Yeah i wish my family would help my change parts of my lifestyle but everyone just does their thing and they are too lazy to plan meals and make them healthier.

As for jogging, try out walking poles instead. Fairly effective and you don't feel as much impacts as when you jogg.

@Another Movie Addict: Wholegrain breads tends to have less carbs and if you like to bake, almond and coconut flour are good choices for low-carb.
Pasta is harder to find an alternative for, you can however make "noodles" out of squash, cabbage, carrots and other vegetables. Not the same thing but something to consider if you want to make a dish like a pasta dish.
