@totalanimefan: If I'm being honest, I've been up and down a great deal these past few months with my anxiety and depression. And more than down than up, but I'm hanging in there.

@totalanimefan: I actually have been going to therapy for it for the past like two and half years, with three different therapists. AND...I'm on medication for both, but have made very minimal progress. Like it's not even enough to really call progress if you ask me. :/
But yes, it is indeed. Haha. It at least helps with the no energy symptom of depression...though it's definitely not the healthiest option in the world.

@totalanimefan: Oh my second therapist was wonderful and I had a really great connection with her, but she was only an intern and her internship ended at the end of June and I could no longer continue seeing her since she was moving to a new office about 2 hours away. And thanks to HIPPA laws, I'm not even allowed to contact her at all, which really sucks honestly.
I've only seen my new (current) therapist once so far, so I have no idea how I feel about her yet. She was my last therapist's supervisor though so hopefully it's a good sign.
My first therapist however was terrible. I think I actually got WORSE with her.

I'm having a hard time keeping up right now. The pain has started up again.
