@Valefor: Internet so bad I couldn't even load up Voltra. I thought it was the site at first but when I loaded it up on my phone it was fine >>
I had to go into my history just to get here DX
And yep, I gotta work this Saturday 10am-1pm which I'm still mad about because it's just a 3-hour shift :T
At this point I'm like just fire me >>

It's nice that you got scheduled buuuut a 3 hour shift? :/ I'd say if you're still not getting enough hours either ask again like "hey what's up?!??" or ask for a transfer because that's not fair.

@Valefor: I've tried asking for a transfer but my manager said no >>
The store I wanted to work at is overstaffed and higher management said I can't work with my best friend because they think he would be biased, but whatever :T
So I'm stuck in my location. This is only irritating because my manager said she needs me Mondays and Thursdays. Sadly, I have therapy on those days so that's why I wasn't on the schedule.
However, the old manager was able to work with me and had me work Wednesdays and Saturdays. This new manager just took me off the schedule for 3 weeks until I was able to move my therapy sessions to a different date so I can be freed up and I thought that was just stupid >>

While I love the benefits of working at Gamestop considering I'm a gamer so I get discounted games and a free warranty, I hate this manager that we have and that the higher-ups are complaining about how long it takes me to do something when I'm still fairly new as it hasn't even been a whole year yet and I'm barely on schedule to learn anything or get my bearings.

I'm debating applying to build-a-bear and if I get the job there...AND if it pays more than what I'm making now (Which is only 11.50 an hour!) I'm leaving Gamestop

@Night XIV: That sucks, but it is understandable with the other place being overstaffed. Is your best friend a manager over there? If he isn't then I wouldn't see there being a problem.

But woooooow, not scheduling you unless you were to move your therapy sessions. Did the new manager have reasons for not scheduling on those days (besides the therapy sessions being on those days)? Because wtf though... :/

LOL i hate it when that pull the "they're so slow at their job" card. How are you supposed to get better if you don't get schedule to work? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I say find out how much the pay is at build-a-bear, if they're hiring, and can schedule you the amount of hours that you want first before you decide to quit Gamestop. I wanna say see if you can find other places that are hiring too just in case build-a-bear isn't hiring as well.
