@tuijp: Ooh! More Language lessons!

I am actually familiar with the German days of the week though. Since I took 4 years of German in high school.

I actually live in New York so I'm quite a bit more north xD

I am trying to say all these words and probably butchering them. But having fun!

@Teatales: Oh okay. It could just be a computer difference with displays and what not. But that makes sense.

@shadami: Oh no, I was referring to where you had to be. xD

My husband could probably read the German to me xD he took it in college and I plan to take it at some point now that I have a language app...

Not to mention dutch would be suuuuper helpful to know when I'm watching wie es de mol and have to rely on subtitles and can't actually read the questions.

Still though, I think you do get more days off than we do. We get like no days off in October, and none in February like you do. Or if we do, it's just 1 day here and there.

@tuijp: I still struggle with the German grammar too, lol. The rules can be quite tricky.

I took like not even half a year of Spanish....I don't remember much at all except "Hola Mi LLamo" (Hi my name is...)

I had to ask my husband why German doesn't have a "day" for Wednesday. XD and he had to explain that the translation is "middle of the week."

The Spanish was forced on us though, so I probably didn't pay as much attention as I should have. :/

@Fielkun: you’re up after star, but you can leave me your top 3 and I will send you the first thing on that list that is still available
@Eliechan: you’re up after Fiel. You can also leave your top 3 and I will send you the first that’s available

@shadami: Yep! It literally means Mid-Week or Middle of the Week.

Kugelschreiber (pen) literally means "a stick in which you write with ...or stick writer)

German is a very literal language most of the time.

@Lithinel: only Spanish I remember is feom Friends:
Tu madre es loca
Dutch is just as literal, but slightly different as German and that gets confusing

That sounds good, Dommy
