@teatales: My collection mostly consists of fictional books. I do enjoy the occasional romance novel, I have some historical fiction books as well. I think that's what they're called: when they take some real concepts but add a touch of fiction. Like this trilogy of mine that's...I think ww1 but with a steampunk twist. Super neat! I have some Manga and some BL manga as well.
I also have Les Mis, and I have the 50 shades trilogy because I was told I would like it.
So sad to say that I do. Well, I like the male character.
Oh man, that would be soo cool to be able to see her private collection and see what she finds interesting.

Books tend to say a lot about a person. Or so I've heard.

Hahah, so you have a ton of books but little space eh?
I'm the same way. Right now my bookshelf is filled with like books, folders, and my hello kitty collection. xD

Oh no! I would have totally picked it up.
So sad to see books be violated like that. D:
Understandable though. If only it wasn't rush hour. :/ Does it really hide behind the avatar?
I have it but I haven't tried it out. Maybe it will be fixed? Yas! A stack of books would be pretty nice. ^^

Hahah, you think she's not gonna be too happy we're discussing literature?

@boss rimi: Ah you just reminded me that I gotta get my hands on a steampunk manga by Jun mochizuki ( also the mangaka behind a mangaI really ejoyed; Pandora Hearts ) This steampunk/vampire manga is called the book of Vanitas, fell over it randoly at my last convention. Was sold on the spot after reading the first manga.
And to get my hands on thr Welcome to Night vale Novel if its still for sale, along with Beyond belief by the Thrilling adventure hour ( which is a podcast in case you didnt know xD Same with Welcome to Night Vale * when looking at the front page I cant help but imagine Voltra as Night Vale just with electricity instead of glowing clouds, and other oddities .w. * )

And yes a persons taste in books tells a lot about a person, justlike their home tbh.. ( speaking of home.. yes my space is quite tiny. 1 room apartment in a 'ghetto' area... It's on the countrys ghetto list unfortunately. Trying to save up money to get to a new apartment with more sace and awy from gangs + drugs+ thieves, and random loud parties till 5 am. Not easy when on wellfare.. 35 kvm/squaremetres(?) is my livingspace, with only one window, where only half of the window can be opened to air out )
Here in Denmark we dont have a specific 'title/genre' to cover fictional books, they usually just go under either ' books for adults/teenagers' or ' roman' or ' novelle' og 'klassiker' ( aka classic )

Ah 50 shades I only read half of first page from my old roomie before she kicked me out on the streets... Her not liking me being best friends with her boyfriend, so now we only get to see each other at conventions, when she is not hanging up'n down his shoulders... >>;;
Actually I think it was 50 shades that they were kicking between them back then, but still I definitly do not think that is the way to threat books. Im also researching old bookbinding techniques as I need to bind my own book with black pages ( as getting black paged and thick sketch-books seems to be impossible.. yep its for a cosplay from earlier mentioned book of vanitas )

And ys, to me it seems like the book is hiding behind the avatar, that or it is supposed to look like it is in the backpocket... ? oO Alternative place to put your books xD

Naah, I think she might accept it better if it was books as part of fashion... Speaking of which I once saw a danish designer make a suit completely out of paper.. Ive also seen some nifty book-ties and book-dresses...

Unfortunatly I have one bad thing when it omes to books; my hands react on most books from 1990's and before then.. Before they started using acidfree paper, so when handling those I ned to wear gloves.. :/

@teatales: Sorry I vanished, I've been appointed to help with a wedding I don't want to be a part of. lol
A steampunk manga? Sounds interesting. * u * I've heard of Pandora Hearts but I've never read it. I'm not sure if it's available in the bookstore here but if it's super popular then it probably is. I've never heard of Vanitas, but it already sounds cool just by the concept. lol Sounds to me like you still have a lot of books you'd like to own someday. :)

Oh man, that sounds pretty small and like a scary place to live in. I hope that you are able to get another place somewhere safer soon! D:
Ugh, I have neighbors here who sometimes party until that time. So annoying and the cops never really help. (Not that I've ever called though)
Oh really? Here we have fiction, science fiction, romance, classical, I think we have modern?, we have Manga, cooking, art, and I forget what else. lol Historical Fiction I think is one genre there too. I can't remember though since I haven't been to the bookstore in a while. (too broke)

50 shades is good, although I don't condone that sort of relationship. Unless you're into that stuff. -shrugs- I just fell in love with the guy. Not because of what he did, but the backstory to why he does what he does. It's pretty sad actually. I remember guys at my college always would give me smirks when they saw that I was reading that between classes. D:
Well that's not very nice of her to do that. You were just friends with him, it wasn't like you were sleeping with the guy. Seems to me like she had trust issues maybe. At least you guys are still friends?
Ahh I see, they must not like the book. I don't blame them, it's not for everyone. I do agree with you though, that's not a way to treat any book; even if you don't enjoy it. Oooh bookbinding! I've seen videos on that. It doesn't look too complex. It must be fun to cosplay. :3

Hahah the back pocket. It must be a very small book to fit in a back pocket. Or they must be big back pockets. :D

Yeah, let's talk about fashion magazines. lol The kinds you find in lobbies. Woah, that sounds impressive but I wouldn't wear that for fear of papercuts and if it rains you're in trouble. xD A book tie sounds cool though. 8B

Ohhh right, I had forgotten about that actually. Dang that sucks.
At least you're prepared now though.

Velvet:

CITY RACK HAS THE CUTEST CLOTHES.

The epitome of fall fashion for men is simplistic and stylish layering, which you will definitely get with this snug number. :)
Button up shirt under the sweater always stays white/cloud. Sweater changes according to colors on Voltra.

Ugh. Totally forgot to print off some bases to draw over before I left work again. (Which, I know isn't a requirement, I just am better at drawing clothes if I have a base to work on for proper length/proportion, etc)
