"Yep, it's going to take some planning." Ryker responded.

He then put two plates on the kitchen table. One had a stack of chocolate chip pancakes on it, the other a pile of hot bacon.

"Dig in." he said.

"We'll work on getting you a computer first." he told him.

"Then the bank, then the contractors." he continued.

"You just need to organize and 'roadmap' it a bit."

"I do." Ryker replied.

"I gotta head out in about 45 or so." he said.

"Also, Aly'll be here in about 5 minutes or so." he then told him.

"Seriously, slow down." he went on.

"Just... slow down, take it a LITTLE more easily." he continued.

"Let Aly show up, if you want her to accompany you."

Ryker just sighed.

"Sure, sure." he said.

"30 it is, then!" he told Eke.

He then sighed again, and stretched out his arms.

'Suppose it's too soon to worry about babying him.' he thought.

'Let him go about on his own while he still can.' he reasoned.

'And he DOES deserve some alone time, yes.' he finished, before sitting down and relaxing for a moment.

When he walked in the door, he saw Aly and Ryker were there.

"Ah, I was just getting ready to head out." Ryker commented.

"Hi!" Aly greeted him with a smile and a wave.

"How was your walk?" she asked.

"Ya get a good piece a' tech?" Ryker then inquired.

Aly returned the kiss, and both she and Ryker looked at Eke as he said all he did.

"Really." Ryker said.

"Huh. I see." he said further.

"All right... I'll bite, what kind of website?" he asked him.

"I know you said you wanted to do charity work and such, but how are you conveying that?" he asked further.

"I admit, I AM curious..." Aly chimed in.

"...wow." Ryker muttered.

"That's... a well-conceived plan." he said.

"It really is." Aly agreed.

"Still, a lot of that is easier said than done." Ryker then told Eke.

"You'll need the proper location, and permits, and such."

"If you want ME as one, talk to me at the end of the day." Ryker said.

"For now, I'm off." he finished, before leaving.

Aly, meanwhile, just nodded.

"I'll do all I can to help." she told him.

"Should we head out together, or would you rather I check alone, while you get things done here?" she asked.

"....." Aly was silent, and nodded.

"I understand." she said.

"I'll be back in time for lunch." she told him.

"By the way, remember to take your medication." she then reminded him.

"And Ryker told me you didn't have much for breakfast. There's still a good amount left, have a little more." she added.

"Anyway, see you in a little while." she added, getting closer to him and giving him a kiss.

Shortly after he fell asleep, he felt someone nudging his shoulder.

"Eke." Aly said.

"Eke, wake up." she told him.

"Come on, sleeping at your computer isn't healthy." she added, before sighing quietly.

She noticed that the food had gone uneaten, and shook her head slightly. She made a note to put it away properly. Maybe it could be reheated later.

"Plus, it's lunch time."

Aly just sighed.

"I'll make you something." she said.

"Anyway, how are you doing?" she then asked.

"You didn't eat much for breakfast, and now a light lunch?" she asked further.

"That's a bit of a decreased appetite for you."
