oh man D: When it gets cold my throat is the first thing to get frozen and begin to hurt but if I put on a warm scarf fast enough and warm it up it goes away.

I practice yoga and I love to bend and stretch myself. im so close to doing splits. The pain feels so good XD
I can roll up into a pretzel XD and bend myself into a ball XD feels good XD weird pleasure.

Yes it helped me heal faster after having baby and to be able to stay in shape and strong core. Because I was made to have cesarean and so I had very weak core after they cut my tummy :(
I practice everyday alittle bit and now my core is buff muwajaj
