I don't know about that. But many Moda are out of date right now since Sims 4 went to that new coding thingy ma jig.
Thought they worked right before that update, so it could be something to do with that. My best guess.
@Q t e a p o n: If there is a question mark it means it's a recolour of another item. So you need the original item as well to show up. Or it requires a pack you do not have. Read the post you are downloading from.
@Q t e a p o n: A ? mark is almost always a missing original item. So always read the description!

Yes you can move it over here. The front has handy tutorials if you ever wanted to try and recolour something.
I try to devote a set amount of time to art daily, but I don’t always have something I want to do. That could be something I do when I don’t have an art orders.

If you want to play the sims properly you need a good laptop. Because cheap laptops will have trouble with cc. Expecialy alpha cc. You also need Windows 64 Bit since 32 Bit is not supported anymore.
I have sims 4 and 2 on my laptop because there are still things about 2 that I love. I had university and business! actually, maybe every expansion! I don’t have any expansions for 4 though.
