@ephenay: I feel like anytime you do anything,
that’s a victory over depression.
Even little things like cleaning the house.

I like art because it makes me happy, and
completing something helps my mood.
It’s very therapeutic. ^^

@Lina: i never thought about it like that. it used to always be like "yeah that took a lot of energy but it's not special. should've already had it done, there's still x to do, etc" with literally anything. but things are starting to change. slowly. i can't see it, but i have a feeling.
i want to try that. training your cognitive thought process is a long battle, but the only way out, is through. thanks for the great suggestions <3
