yesterday my mom couldn't breathe. that's a big problem, considering she's got COPD and she's on continuous oxygen. she couldn't talk. she couldn't walk without almost passing out. we ended up calling her an Ambulance.
fast forward 18 hours, and now my mom is on a medically induced coma and on life support.
I don't know what to do. it hurts a lot. I'm a mess lol

I am so so sorry to hear this. My mom passed about 4 years ago, and I still cry when I think thaat she won't be at my wedding or meet my kids. If you don't mind sharing how old are you?

I'm so sorry to hear that Neko - let me know if there is anything I can do to help!! I was in a similar situation recently, my mum got pneumonia and couldn't breathe and had to be rushed to hospital.
I hope the doctors are keeping you informed - hopefully being in the coma will give you mom's lungs time to recover!!

Today was the 5th day she was in the hospital. Today she also woke up, and I actually got to go see her. She couldn't really talk but she hugged me and we cried and my sister and I helped her.
She's slowly getting better. It'll be a bit of a difficult road, but we'll help her walk it.
