I just was recently able to remember this account password, after having made another account "Mulan" because I couldn't remember this ones password but as you can see I finally did remember it.
I went to edit my avatar and I'm missing items and a lot of them I have all the special item still but I'm missing the hair, shoes, shirts, pants, eyes, mouths, ears, etc. I don't know what happen. Is there anyway anyone can help me out with this issue I am having.

@Lilith: Hey there. A while back we had a blackout which resulted in the website being offline for a period of time. Because of that people lost all the common items they had. You got a refund in volts then.
