Well, spritz cookie attempt number 1 isn't going to well. Found a basic recipe and the dough came together easily enough but this recipe says it doesn't need to be chilled but I think it's too soft for the cookie press. Going to try chilling it a bit and see if that helps.

I'm hoping with chilling the dough helps enough to actually get a shaped cookie out of it, otherwise I guess I'll just drop the dough on a sheet by the spoonful and hope they turn out.
