- Like I still act and think and react like I;m still seeing from my eyes but the camera is panned outside of my body

Dreams like that are awful. I still remember a dream I had when I was in middle school where there was an explosion outside my house, and I was trying to scream. But I woke up and it was my first experience with sleep paralysis. I couldn't move at all for like 10 seconds, which was just really scary given the dream I'd just had. I've had sleep paralysis a few times since then, but I've never had any scary hallucinations with it like some people seem to.
