Anyone know anything about rabbits?
Because one of my sister's "friends", bought her a rabbit. She has no money to care for her dog let alone a rabbit. So guess where its living? Yup. My house apparently. Yeah, with two cats and my sister's dog here. Yup. This'll go well. Not.

I always wanted a rabbit when I was younger. Not really how I wanted to get one though. Because I can guarantee you I'm gonna end up being the one taking care of it and buying its food and everything.

There were a lot of animals that I wanted as pets when I was younger, rabbits included.
The pet I wanted most was always a cat though, which I had to wait until middle school to get one because my family were all dog people
I'm going to have to pick up a book on Rabbit care I suppose. I dont even know what kind it is.

Don't get me wrong though, I loved our dog and I like dogs in general, but I just love cats.
I also kind of wanted a tarantula for awhile. Our class pet in kindergarten was a tarantula, and I think that's one of the reasons I've always liked spiders

Rabbits apparently require a few vaccinations.

- No way to give the rabbit away to someone or send it to an animal shelter? Or is your sister gonna pull a classic "but it's mine so f you" even though you're basically the owner of it since you pay for and take care of it
- I don't know if all shelters take rabbits, I just know the local one here does
It's not even here yet. I need to try and find out what kind of rabbit it is so I can figure out how big of a hutch it's going to need. Or if I just need to section off part of the basement into a pen or something. I know some can get pretty big.
