it is for a middle school teaching position as a behavior focus teacher. So working with students to help de-escalate them or help with tension reduction and self-regulation so they can return to their classes.
I'm good with 6th-12th grade so middle and high school but I refuse to go any lower...

Something about the older kids... i think for me it is the funny arguments... i can't argue with a baby but I can argue with a teen ngfhgbhg their personalities are also a lot more defined and colorful when they are older

I did my student teaching and the last 1.5yrs of professional teaching in high schools. I've laughed and cried but I'm definitely happiest there.
