Hola, I got a July crate the other day and when I went to open it from my inventory, it won't ? Open or load? It just gives me the option to delete it. I've gotten a crate before and it worked just fine but today it's just now

Hm, do you see an area that shows you the items you can choose from where you can click on the one that you want? I don't have a crate atm, so I'm not sure if it's different for crates, but that's what I see for some of my consumable event items.
