@sunny: I always get vertigo either very early in the morning.
such as when i turn over or when i go to sleep.
but it's not bothering me now just feel it's after effects makes me feel im in a fog.

yeah i forgot to turn alarms back on so instead of getting up at 9am-10am

@sunny: Nah, im not risking getting covid as i live with family
who are at higher risk of getting it.
Plus, i know the cause of it. Which is stress. Not just pandemic wise
but my mom's health we learned back in October of 2019 she wasn't doing well
and is with hospice now, so i get anxiety due to her health and overall just stress and worry
about surviving pandemic.

So it's all stress related.

@sunny: Yeah, i get a lot of stress
when i hear the landline phone call. and we recently got kicked off of food stamps
when we weren't supposed to and i worry we won't get back on
and then i will be more stressed cause i am technically the only one working but not really.
freelance art but i haven't gotten anywhere yet with that. :vanora_sweat:

I think my migraine finally moved to the postdrome phase. The pain is gone but I feel so bleh.

And if you don't know what postdrome is, this description is pretty accurate:
"Common postdrome symptoms include fatigue, nausea, sensitivity to light, dizziness, body aches and difficulty concentrating. One postdrome sufferer described the day after a migraine headache as feeling like “a mental fog, one so heavy that even routine tasks take on an otherworldly quality.”"
It's also called a migraine hangover

The fatigue and mental fog are hitting me hard
