I know that feeling. i did alot of outdoor time today so i didn't have to look at a bright screen. and ... also why i blackout mode everything.

Screens can really make things worse so if you need a break between posts that's completely understandable. ❞

I play the shapes in the cloud game. except i see things even in water droplets and leaves and wall patterns. things just appear.
Hey peeps
i'm got doodles in my sketchbook of some of the things I've seen. i really should film a sketchbook flip through at some point.
Currently recovering from large amounts of PTSD. I'll post when I can, please ping for replies. Things are very difficult for me right now.
