@Totalanimefan: Yes, I agree - besides, I already posted an entry for the poetry contest. Whatever I do for the art contest (if I get there) will be less than ideal, though, just because my time is so in demand right now.
@Totalanimefan: I have some skillz, just not the time. But yes, maybe you're right. I'll have to check the details again before I do anything for it. Maybe my lack of time won't work too horribly against me.
I have cleaning to do too, but for today, doing laundry is going to have to count as "cleaning" - lol!!

@Totalanimefan: Sometimes it does. Right now, it counts as a necessary evil because I'm out of clothes, but not as cleaning because there's other cleaning that needs to be done - vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms, etc.

Yes, seriously! I would definitely pay somebody to do the cleaning for me, but I honestly have too much decluttering to do first (the result of being in the same house and raising kids (and not just raising, but homeschooling them) for so many years) before I felt anywhere near comfortable doing that.

I just bought a new watercolour set yesterday and is nothing expensive or good quality. Just affordable and beginner friendly for me :3
I'm excited to swatch it and test it out!

@Totalanimefan: LOL. That's not a bad thing, necessarily. We are just "behind" in keeping up with things because I've been so focused on the kids, the house became secondary. Now that the kids are pretty much on their own, it's time to go through our stuff and hand it off to others who could use it. But now, enter covid, which introduces another layer of complexity (imo) to selling or trading off the stuff i don't need any more because really - who's going to come out to buy or pick up stuff that has been in our house and grubby little hands (even though none of us have been sick at all)?
Everyone else is taking their time getting online. They usually do. They should be getting on soon though.

I've watch some youtube vids about the brand and there's some downsides but is better than freaking Reeves e.e

Is not much of a list I just really despise cleaning bathrooms.
LOL. Sometimes it's fun to play with different quality supplies - as long as you're just playing and experimenting. If you're looking for a consistent quality, then we all end up finding our favorite brand and tend to stick to that. I hope this brand works for you :3
@Wildfire: Yes I'm not that very new on watercolour but I've been using the same paints for years so is about to get some new ones. I need to learn more about other brands too but you know baby steps. I can't really afford the expensive and best art supplies yet.
