I drink 1 cup of water between coffee cups. <3 It helps and keeps the coffee evened-out in my system. I don't get headaches and caffeine crashes with this method. XD

My husband has good patience. When we were teens, my step-dad let him in the house while I was out. I came home and my room felt off.
So instead of completely going into my room and getting scared or surprised. I went downstairs and practiced my instrument for like 45 minutes.
I finally went back into my room after reflecting on the idea of why my room felt off. I walked in and said "I know you're in my closet" (I actually didn't know) and he went "OH dang it! I've been in here forever." and he came out cool as a cucumber. XD
So instead of completely going into my room and getting scared or surprised. I went downstairs and practiced my instrument for like 45 minutes.
