LOL. Well that's a fair point. Customer service can always go to the extremes, can't it?? I would imagine you get a lot of the college "kids" though as a general rule

Really? That is a little bit of a surprise, despite the nature of the store you're in. Although I guess it's some of them who are looking more for book-books (versus eBooks) than the college kids.
